Rosarium Lottum has best pot rose. During this year’s Week of the Pot Rose, an official VKC inspection took place for the first time. It was held on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Yesterday afternoon, Mayor Kees van Rooij of Horst aan de Maas presented the awards to the winners.
