Ground covering roses originate from the most diverse rose groups (miniature roses, floribunda roses, park- and shrub roses). Typical is their ability to cover large areas with their crawling, flat to an arch shaped growing manner and good health in a very short time and without much care. With their branches they form an enormous crowd of leaves that suppresses the growth of weeds. Often they still make beautiful hips after the final flowering. The prices in our webshop relate to bare root roses.
🌹The rose flowering season is slowly drawing to a close, but there is still a very extensive range of potted shrub, climbing and standard roses available at Rosarium Lottum🌹 Potted roses can be planted all year round. The bare-root season began at the start of October. If you opt for bare-root roses, you can order and arrange delivery via the online shop. If you’d like to collect these bare-root roses, please order first and arrange a collection by appointment. Plant your roses now and enjoy the Queen of Flowers to the full again next spring! You are very welcome at Rosarium Lottum; our rose paradise is open every day, including Sundays. Please note: in October, we’re open on Sundays from 11 am to 1 pm. You can pre-order bare-root roses (i.e. without soil or a pot) for the 2026–2027 season via our online shop. These roses can be delivered from mid-October to mid-April (subject to weather conditions).
