Terms and conditions Rosarium Lottum
When you have placed an order via the webshop and you have received an order confirmation from us, then there is a purchase agreement.
You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.
In the Netherlands, a legally established term of 14 working days applies to return your order to us after receipt of your order without stating reasons.
The condition is that we receive the products in good condition again, after which we refund the invoice amount.
The shipping costs for return packages and the risk are for your account.

We are also not responsible for incorrect delivery if your entered information is incorrect.
The roses supplied by us on bare roots as well as grown in pots are all selected and prepared by skilled people and are supplied true to species.
They are carefully packed in excellent viable quality so that they are delivered to the customer in good condition.
We assume that you are responsible for the correct location, planting method, fertilization and sufficient water.
We cannot guarantee improper care after receipt of your roses.
When following the planting instructions, growth and flowering of the roses will not be a problem at all, provided the supplied planting instructions are followed carefully.
Claims as a result of not following the planting instructions are excluded from the warranty, as are damage caused by frost, too much or too little water,
poor soil conditions, incorrect fertilization, damage by harmful insects, animals, fungal infections, improper use of pesticides.
If after receipt of the roses something does not meet your expectations in any way, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible (within five days).
You can also not claim under warranty if there are extreme weather conditions such as extreme high or low temperatures and rainfall.
A quotation or offer is valid as long as stocks last, all our quotations and offers are without obligation. All prices mentioned include VAT. All prices and texts are subject to errors. We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days.
If an item is sold out or not immediately available, we will contact you for a good alternative. You have the freedom not to agree to this and to cancel your order.
We accept cash on collection and prepayments by bank or giro.
With prepayment by bank or giro you will receive an order confirmation including invoice by email as soon as we have received your order. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive another email from us stating when your order will be shipped.
If you pick up your order at Rosarium Lottum, you can pay in cash or by PIN.
