General terms and conditions Rosarium Lottum
When you have placed an order through the web shop and received an order confirmation, there is an official purchase agreement.
You can cancel your order free of charges, if your order has not yet been sent.
In the Netherlands applies a term of 14 working days to return purchased articles after delivery without providing any reasons.
This is under the condition that we receive the products in a good state, where after we repay the amount invoiced.
The risks and shipping costs of return packages are on your own account.
In case a package should get lost, the responsibility lies with PostNL.
We are not responsible for a wrong delivery when your entered details are incorrectly.
Our warranty on delivered plants and roses will be applied in all reasonableness.
This means that we give 1 year grow and flower warranty, whereby we suppose that you are responsible for a suitable location, way of planting, fertilization and sufficient watering.
You are unable to claim warranty when there where extreme weather conditions, like for example extreme high or low temperatures and rainfall.
An offer or sale is valid until all stocks are used up and all our offers and sales are non-binding. All mentioned prices are VAT included. All prices and texts are under reservation of mistakes. We endeavor to deliver your order within 5 working days.
Should an article be sold out or not directly available, we will contact you for a good alternative. You are free to decline this offer and cancel your order.
We accept cash payments when an order is picked up directly at Rosarium Lottum and payment in advance through bank or giro transfer.
In case of advance payment by bank or giro transfer you receive an order confirmation and invoice by mail as soon as we have received your order.
After receiving your payment, we will send you another email with shipping details.
In case you pick up your order directly at Rosarium Lottum, you can pay in cash or with PIN.
